Freezer Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

3 large chicken breasts

1 C teriyaki sauce

1 C water

2/​3 C brown sugar

3 garlic cloves

3 slices of ginger. optional

Load all the ingredients into a gallon-sized zipper bag, lay it flat, label and freeze.
