Mis­sis­sippi Come­back Sauce

½ C mayonnaise

2 Tbsp chili sauce (not the Thai kind)

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp ketchup

1 Tbsp spicy mustard

1 Tbsp lemon juice

¼ tsp Creole seasoning

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

Pinch of black pepper

Dash of hot sauce

Mix all ingredients well. Let sauce sit in fridge for a few hours to let the flavors meld. Serve on hamburgers, fries, veggies, etc. Recipe and photo courtesy of winsteadwandering.com.
